1. What if I am running late for my flight?

If you are running late please call us and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can. Please be aware that tardiness may result in less flying time.

2. Can I bring some friends along to watch and wait while I fly?

Due to the security of the airport please do not bring along any additional guests that do not have a ticket purchased unless otherwise arranged with a Hangar 21 staff member directly (spectator fees apply).

3. Why do you need my weight at checkout?

We have to maintain proper weight and balance for each flight. Each passenger’s weight is used to determine the amount of fuel needed to balance the aircraft, and the total weight limit is not exceeded.

4. How do I book a tour?

We offer different tour options. To make a reservation for a tour, go to any of our tour pages and complete the easy online booking process. Alternatively you can call us on 714-331-2915 and we’ll be happy to assist you. A credit/debit card will be required to book your tour.

5. Where are you located?

You can find us at 3970 W Artesia Ave in Fullerton (North side of Fullerton Airport). We are located behind a security gate (with a Hangar 21 sign). Upon your arrival call us at 714-752-6413 (also posted on the gate) and we will escort you to our facility.

6. When should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. We recommend that you contact our main office at 714-752-6413 the morning of your tour to confirm the departure time. Don’t worry if you arrive early, you can enjoy our customer lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks.

7. What should I wear?

We recommend clothing that is casual and comfortable and that you bring a jacket or sweater with you. The only restriction is high-heeled shoes which can make it difficult to get in and out of the aircraft.

8. Should I bring a camera?

Definitely. There are many amazing photo opportunities that you won’t want to miss!

9. Is there an age and weight limit?

There is no age limit for our tours. All children must sit in their own seat and wear a seatbelt and headset for communication purposes. Maximum weight limit per passenger is 300 pounds.

10. Can I change my tour?

Yes, it is possible to change your tour, depending on the other tours that are scheduled. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please inquire by calling our main office at 714-331-2915.

11. What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?

We do understand that plans can change. For that reason, we do offer one complimentary rescheduling if given more than 48 hours notice, based on availability.
For any additional changes, or if given less than 48 hours notice, tours are subject to a $100 rescheduling fee. Please note that tours must be rescheduled within 30 days of original tour date. All purchases are final. No refunds will be given for cancellation of tours and/or any extras purchased.

12. What if it rains?

The weather can be unpredictable, even in the summer, so we will gladly reschedule your tour should it rain. A full refund will be issued should we need to cancel your tour for any reason. We suggest you call our main office at 714-331-2915 the morning of your tour to ensure that the weather will not hinder your scheduled trip.
